1- Introduction

  • This page explains the terms of use on which you may make use of our website www.dreamtourslimited.com (our “Site”) and the terms and conditions governing our supply of services, including browsing, using any information, content, services, downloading any files, or placing orders for products or services (“Services”) listed on our Site to you, whether as a guest or a registered user (“You”).
  • Please read these terms carefully before you start to use the Site. By using our Site, you indicate that you accept these terms and agree to abide by them. You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our Site.
  • The Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between Dream Tours Limited and you, the user (“You”). If you use the Site on behalf of an employer, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms of Use on behalf of your employer. Dream Tours Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, add, or remove any part of these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice to you. We may, at our discretion, notify those subscribed to our newsletters and RSS feeds of such changes. However, it is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use for updates. Continuing to use the Site after changes to the Terms of Use have been posted will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

2- Visitors conduct in using this Site

  • You will not use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Dream Tours Limited server, or the network(s) connected to any Dream Tours server (including linked sites), or interfere with any other visitors’ use and enjoyment of the Site.
  • You will not upload, email, or otherwise transmit via the Site any potentially destructive, disruptive, or otherwise harmful programs, files, or code, including viruses, Trojan horses, worms, cancelbots, time bombs, or any other form or designation of files or programs that may damage, impair, or alter the operation of a computer or network that is the property of Dream Tours Limited or any third party.
  • You will not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the security or integrity of the Site and/or its content, or otherwise cause harm to the Site, any resources provided for Site visitors, user or administrator accounts, passwords, servers, or networks connected to the Site or accessible through it. The same applies to any linked sites.
  • You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to services, materials, visitor information, visitors’ accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to any Dream Tours server or to the Site, through hacking, password mining, or any other means. You will not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available via the Site.
  • You will not use false identity information when registering for subscriptions, downloads, or product licenses.
  • You will not remotely harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, nor will you use email addresses published on this Site for the purpose of sending any type of unsolicited email communication with a disguised or falsified origin.

3- Use of Images

  • All images appearing on www.dreamtourslimited.com are the exclusive property of Dream Tours Limited and are protected under international copyright laws. The images may not be reproduced, distributed, copied, transmitted, displayed, or published without written consent from Dream Tours Limited. Use of any image as the basis for another photographic concept or illustration is a violation of international copyright laws

4- The Use of Trademark

The trademarks and logos (“Marks”) displayed on the Site are the property of Dream Tours Limited or third parties. You may not use the Marks without prior written consent from Dream Tours Limited or the third-party owner of the Marks. You may use Dream Tours Limited Marks and logo images (“Logos”) under the following conditions:

  • You may not alter the Logos in any way except pixel dimensions, which must always be in the same proportions as the original image provided via the Site. All Marks in reduced-size Logos must remain clearly identifiable and readable.
  • You may not create links on any other site directly to the Logos’ image files on the Site.
  • You may not use the Logos in any manner that represents or implies any affiliation with or endorsement by Dream Tours Limited when no such affiliation or endorsement has been formally established in writing with Dream Tours Limited.


Dream Tours Limited reserves the right to determine what constitutes improper or inappropriate use of its Marks and Logos, and you agree to correct any improper or inappropriate use of Dream Tours Limited Marks and Logos, or to cease use of the same upon notification from Dream Tours Limited.

5- Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellations made at least forty-eight (48) hours or more shall not attract a cancellation fee.
  • Any cancellation made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled tour time, will attract fifty percent (50%) penalty.
  • Any cancellation made within twenty-four (24) hours or on the said day of the excursion will attract a one hundred percent (100%) penalty.
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Company and received by Dream Tours Limited within the timeframes outlined above to be eligible for a refund.

6- Full release and waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk & Indemnity Agreement (“Agreement”).

  • This is a legal document. By signing this document, I forfeit any legal right to sue for any claims resulting from my or my minor dependents’ participation in this tour.
  • By virtue of my participation and/or purchasing tickets for any of the tours offered, including but not limited to Horseback and Donkey Riding, Zip-lining, Jeep Safaris, Bus Tours, Nature Tours, ATV and Dune Buggy Tours, Go-Carts, Walking Tours, Gem Mining, Challenge Course, River Walk Rum Tasting Tour, Catamaran Tour, Power Snorkeling, Skydiving, River Tubing, Kayaking, Bamboo Rafting, Pool, Waterslide, Blue Hole Tour, and Mini Boats (all hereinafter referred to as the “Tour”), and in consideration for being allowed to participate in the Tour, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I agree to be bound by each of the following provisions of this Agreement with the knowledge that Dream Tours Limited will rely on the same, subject to the terms of this Agreement herein.

7- Assumption of Risk

  • I wish to participate in the Tour and fully comprehend and accept all risks associated with my participation in land-based motorized and non-motorized activities, including, but not limited to, possible contact with water, exposure to varied weather conditions, slipping or falling on uneven terrain, adverse reactions to food or drink, physical exhaustion, and other potential hazards and injuries that may occur while walking, riding, operating vehicles, and using cable equipment (e.g., including but not limited to, self-inflicted accidents or mishaps caused by other guests, vehicles, cyclists, animals, and pedestrians). I understand that horses are powerful, unpredictable, and potentially uncontrollable animals of flight that may buck, rear, bite, kick, or bolt without warning, collide with objects, roll over, trip, or flip over, and may react dangerously to sound, wind, shadows, plastic, wood, motor vehicles, bicycles, baby carriages, and sudden movements.
  • I understand that the terrain may include hills, curves, and other hazards that require a skilled and attentive operator. I fully comprehend and accept all risks associated with my participation in water-based activities, including exposure to potentially extreme weather, slipping or falling on or off a vessel, motion sickness, exhaustion, and other boat-related hazards and injuries (e.g., including but not limited to, self-inflicted accidents, mishaps involving other guests, boat engines, marine life, and adverse sea conditions). I acknowledge that I may be engaging in activities in areas remote from competent medical assistance and that, while the crew may provide first aid, they may not be able to offer full medical assistance until competent medical help arrives.
  • I am aware that risks may include permanent disability and death and may lead to severe social and economic loss. I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to assess the risks involved, and I am the ultimate judge of my ability to participate in the Tour. I authorize Dream Tours Limited to seek all reasonable medical and surgical care on my behalf that may be necessary due to any injury I sustain while participating in the Tour if I am unable to authorize such care myself.

8- Release and Waiver

  • I have read the previous paragraph and acknowledge the risks involved. I (“You”) hereby affirm that I voluntarily assume full responsibility and sole liability for any risk of loss or personal injury, including death, that may occur as a result of my participation in the Tour, whether due to my own negligence, negligent misrepresentation, breach of contract, breach of statutory duty, accident, or other conduct involving Dream Tours Limited (“the Company”).
  • I hereby release, waive, and discharge Dream Tours Limited (“the Company”), along with Princess Cruises, Royal Caribbean, Carnival Cruises, Costa Atlantica, Disney Cruise Lines, Virgin Cruises, Holland America, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Aida Aura, and their employees, agents, successors, and assigns (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), from liability for any and all claims, including those arising from the Company’s negligence, resulting in personal injury, accidents, illnesses (including death), or property loss arising from my participation in the Tour.
  • I expressly agree that this waiver and assumption of risks is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of Jamaica. If any portion of this waiver is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full legal force and effect. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Jamaica, and I accept the jurisdiction of Jamaica’s courts for this Agreement.


I hereby certify the following:

  • I CERTIFY that I am in good health and do not suffer from any physical or mental illness, respiratory or heart condition, or any other condition that would make me particularly susceptible to injury or disability while participating in activities on the Tour.
  • I CERTIFY that I will comply with all safety rules.
  • I CERTIFY that I have inspected all equipment provided to me and confirm that it is free of damage or defects. I agree to cover the cost of repairing or replacing any equipment left in my possession that may become damaged.
  • I CERTIFY that I am not under the influence of any drug or medication that could impair my ability to safely participate in the activities I intend to undertake.

9- Binding Effect

  • This Agreement shall be binding upon my next of kin, personal representatives, heirs, beneficiaries, and assigns, and shall inure to the benefit of Dream Tours Limited (“the Company”), its successors, and assigns.
  • I AGREE to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, and liabilities, including, but not limited to, personal loss, injury (whether or not resulting in death), property damage, destruction, or loss of belongings in my possession, as well as attorney’s fees, arising from my participation in the Tour. I further agree to reimburse the Company for any such expenses that may arise due to my participation in the Tour, whether caused by my negligence, negligent misrepresentation, breach of contract, breach of statutory duty, accident, or other conduct involving Dream Tours Limited (“the Company”).

10- Photo release

  • I GRANT to the Company the perpetual right to photograph, video, and record my participation in the Tour and grant permission for the legal publication of the same anywhere in the world in any media now known or unknown by the Company, without any obligation or compensation to me.
  • Each clause, paragraph, and provision of this Agreement shall be deemed severable, and any invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability affecting any clause, paragraph, or provision of this Agreement shall not affect or prejudice the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining clauses, paragraphs, and provisions of this Agreement.

11- If participant is a minor

  • I CONSENT to my minor participating in the Tour. I agree to assume the risks and dangers described above on behalf of myself and my minor, and to all releases and indemnities above. I agree individually, personally, and on behalf of the above minor to every provision stated above, which I have read and fully understood. I am legally authorized to act as the parent or legal guardian of the above minor and authorize the Company to seek on my behalf reasonable medical and surgical care that may be necessary as a result of any injury my minor sustains while participating in the Tour, if I am not reasonably present to authorize such care myself.
  • I have read this full release and waiver of Liability, assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement. I fully understand its terms and acknowledge that I am giving up my rights to sue. I am signing freely and voluntarily. I intend by my signature to make this an unconditional release of all Liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
  • By signing this document, I am consenting to the use of my electronic signature in lieu of an original signature on paper.

I have read this agreement, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.

12- Important Information

Please note all cancellation request must be sent via email. Refunds are processed in the order we receive them, the minimum wait time to receive a refund is 1-5 business days via zelle payment, and 1-10 business days via credit cards. Once you have sent us an email requesting to cancel a booking, we will check to see if the booking is eligible for a refund depending on the time frame of the tour or event.

13- Transportation Policy

Once you have received your pickup time and location, you will only have a 15-minute grace period. If you are not at the location within that time frame, we are not responsible for any inconvenience, and you will not be eligible for a refund for the event. You will be required to arrange your own transportation to the tour location. If you need an adjustment regarding the time or location, please contact us in advance. This information must be sent via email or text message. Please understand that these rules and policies are put in place to protect us as the service provider.

14- Refund Policy

Flexible: Full refund within a limited period

For cancellations by guests, cancellation charges depend on when Dream Tours Limited receives notice of the cancellation. Minimum cancellation charges are as follows:

Shore Excursions:

  • 96 hours or more: Full Refund
  • Less than 96 hours: No Refund


Group Reservations:

  • 60 days prior to tour date: Full Refund
  • 45 days prior to tour date: 50% Cancellation Fee
  • 30 days prior to tour date: 75% Cancellation fee
  • Less than 30 days prior to tour date: No Refund

All cancellations of, or changes are subject to applicable restrictions. Dream Tours Limited will apply any payments made toward the purchase price against any cancellation charges and will refund any balance remaining after the payment of such charges. In order to receive a refund, if applicable, the client must request and receive a cancellation confirmation number. The cancellation charges outlined above are liquidated damages and not a penalty. Holiday periods may be subject to additional cancellation charges. NO REFUNDS OR ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR ANY PORTION OF TOUR OR ATTENDANT SERVICES NOT UTILIZED.

Refund Policy:
No refunds or adjustments will be made for any portion of your tour not utilized.

Changes to Reservations:
All requested changes to reservations are subject to Dream Tours Limited‘s sole discretion, and any changes must be approved in writing.
Changes are subject to all applicable fees, and charges. Guests wishing to make a change.

No Unlawful Or Prohibited Use
As a condition of your use of this Web site, you warrant that you will not use this Web site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.  

Prepaid Tour & Excursion Reservations
By reserving your tour and excursion, you authorize Dream Tours Limited to book reservations for the total reservation price. You agree that your credit card will be charged by Dream Tours Limited for the total reservation price.

Bank & Credit Card Fees
Some banks and credit cards impose fees for cross-border transactions. By reserving your tour and excursion on this website, you may see an additional cost/fee appearing on your credit card statement. This fee is solely determined by your Bank and/or Credit Card Company and Dream Tours Limited takes no responsibility for these associated costs. If you have any questions about these types of fees applied to your reservation, please contact your bank directly.

Legal obligations

Dream Tours Limited may be required by law to disclose information you have provided in obtaining its travel products or services. Dream Tours Limited may also disclose information against someone who poses a threat to its interests (such as customer fraud) or whose activities could bring harm to others. In addition, it may be necessary for Dream Tours Limited to provide customer information to third parties, such as credit card companies, for the purpose of resolving disputes that arise in the normal course of business.

Refund & Cancellation Policy 

  • Any cancellations made at least ninety-six (96) hours or more shall not attract a cancellation fee.
  • Any cancellation made less than ninety-six (96) hours but more than seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the scheduled tour time will attract a fifty per cent (50%) penalty.
  • Any cancellation made within forty-eight (48) hours or on the same day that the booking is made will attract a one hundred percent (100%) penalty.
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Company and received by Dream Tours Limited within the timeframes outlined above to be eligible for a refund.


1.2
For DTL’s Website and Call Center customers, the Refund and Cancellation policy will be hosted on the website. Clients will be required to acknowledge and agree to the policy before the sale is finalized.
1.3 Customers may reschedule a Tour to a different Tour time at no additional charge provided the customer notifies DTL before twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the scheduled Tour date.
1.4 The customer will be charged in full under the following circumstances:

  • a) If the Customer fails to join a Tour, joins it after its departure or leaves it prior to its completion
  • b) If the Customer fails to use all of the described services included in the Tour
  • c) If the Customer is not at the correct pick-up location prior to the scheduled pick-up time. DTL Drivers are prohibited to wait in excess of five (5) minutes at any pick-up location.
  • d) If the customer does not meet the outlined health, weight and fitness as required by the tour description. Please note that if there is a group booking and one or more persons don’t meet the tour requirements, no refund will apply for the group.
  • e) DTL may offer clients an alternative tour or a care package to appease clients. In this case, clients must sign an Exchange for Service Form (Appendix 1) in which case no further refunds will be offered to the client.

DTL is under no obligation to re-book missed Tours and may accommodate the Customer at its sole and absolute discretion.
1.6 DTL may cancel a tour due to inclement weather conditions, acts of nature, unsafe conditions or for any reason whatsoever. DTL shall not be liable for any loss (in excess of the tour price) whatsoever to guest(s) by reason of such cancellation. In the event of cancellation under this Clause, DTL will endeavour to provide advance notice to the Customer on another available Tour. If the Customer is unable to reschedule the Company shall provide a full tour refund to the Customer.
1.7 A minimum and maximum number of passengers are required for certain Tours. DTL reserves the right to cancel or modify Tours to meet these requirements. In the event of a Tour cancellation or modification under this Clause DTL will endeavour to provide advance notice to the Customer on another available Tour. If the Customer is unable to reschedule the tour, DTL shall provide a full refund to the Customer.
1.8 DTL reserves the right at its sole discretion to make any exception to this cancellation policy as outlined herein if cancellation is due to unforeseen illness, accident, injury of guest; or death, illness, accident or injury of an immediate family member. For a refund under this Clause 2.0, the request must be in writing and accompanied by a doctor’s certificate.
1.9 DTL will resolve all refund requests for Website and Call Center Customers within 14 days upon receipt of request from the Customer. Processing time starts the day that DTL receives the refund request from clients.
