Are there any weight restrictions for any of the excursions?

ATVs up to 230lbs
Bamboo river rafting maximum of 550lbs (2 person per raft)
Horseback Riding up to 230lbs
Zip lining 265lbs
River tubing 300lbs

Once I’ve booked an excursion, can I add more tours?

Yes, if we have fleet available, although we highly recommend our guest to allow 24 hours so that we can make the best accommodations

How many guest can your company accommodate?

There are no maximum number of guest, we do prefer to have an accurate number at least 48 hours prior to the tour so that we can assign the proper fleet.

Can the tour guide take my guest and I shopping? Restaurants? Clubs?

Yes our company offers these services for an additional cost.

Can I just hire a tour guide for the entire day?

Yes a tour guide can be assign to your group for up to 6 hours per day for $350

What method of payments would your company accept?

Card, Zelle & Cash

How can I get in contact with my driver if I decide to use him again the following day?

The driver will give you a call upon his arrival so that you will have his contact information.

How, where and when do we meet?

Once you arrive , please give us a call to make arrangements for pick up location.

Deposits and Final Payment

All tours require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due the day before your tour.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

We do not charge any cancellation fees or offer any refunds.

Can I book a tour once I arrive in Jamaica?

Yes but we highly recommend you to book in advance to ensure that all guest get the most out of their experience.
